Door-to-door

We offer free delivery countrywide for orders over R600.  Delivery is R125 for orders less than R600. We delivery anywhere in South Africa, from major cities to the smallest rural locations. Delivery is overnight within 24-72 hours. This depends on the time of day the order was made and when payment has been received. For special delivery requirements please contact us and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

Overnight/Same Day Delivery

Overnight delivery is possible for orders placed before 1pm in certain regions. Please check with our customer support before placing your order. We charge an overnight delivery fee which you will notice during checkout.

Same day delivery is available for Cape Town orders placed before 10am at additional no cost. If you require same day delivery please notify us so we can arrange this for you. 

Outside of South Africa

If you are situated outside of South Africa we will make every effort to get your order to you in the shortest time possible.

Collections

As we are an online business we do not have a physical retail shop. Our office is based in Somerset West, Cape Town so should you wish to purchase directly from us please send an email to: info@celluvac.co.za.

Returns

We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item. Return your order within 30 days for a refund, replacement, or exchange if: it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale. You will be responsible for the items until they reach us, so we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

Refunds are made within 1 week of the goods being returned to us.

Some items are non-exchangeable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
