SWEATING IN YOUR SAUNA BLANKET

Unlike in a traditional sauna where the body is responding to hot air and humidity, your body doesn’t start to sweat immediately in an infrared sauna blanket. Infrared wavelengths are absorbed into the body and raising the core body temperature from within, breaking down toxins and inducing a sweat response. Everyone's body is different. Depending on your body’s level of adaptation to heat, the time to sweat and the amount you sweat can vary. Often the sweat glands begin to excrete more during a session between 30 and 40 minutes.

What can be the reason for not sweating?

  • Entering the sauna blanket with dry skin may be a cause of not sweating
  • Make sure that your equipment is turned on
  • Medical conditions may impact how much you sweat
  • The blanket did not warm up. Give 10-15min to warm up
  • Temperature not correctly set for the body

WHERE TO USE?

The sauna blanket can be placed on any heat resistant surface.

  • Start with a lower temperature and for a shorter time in the first few days.

  • We recommend using the infrared blanket 1-2 times a week.
  • Monitor how you feel and remember that very hot temperatures are not for everyone.

UNDERSTANDING EMF RATINGS

In our modern, technology-driven world, electromagnetic (EMFs) have become an unavoidable part of our daily lives. These invisible fields are generated by the electrical and electronic devices we use, from smartphones and laptops to household appliances and power lines.

  • While EMFs have become ubiquitous, it's important to understand their nature and potential impact on our health. EMFs are a form of radiation that can be classified as either ionizing or non-ionizing. Ionizing radiation, such as X-rays and gamma rays, has enough energy to ionize atoms and molecules, potentially causing damage to cells and DNA.

INon-ionizing radiation, which includes EMFs, does not have enough energy to ionize atoms, but it can still interact with the human body. The strength of an EMF is measured in units of milligauss (mG) or volts per meter (V/m). These measurements help us understand the intensity of the electromagnetic field and its potential impact on our health.

TIPS FOR USING INFRARED SAUNA BLANKET EFFECTIVELY

  • When using your EMF Infrared Sauna Blanket, start with short sessions and gradually increase the duration as your body becomes accustomed to the experience. Aim for 20-30 minutes per session, and be sure to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and after your session.
  • It's also important to listen to your body and adjust the temperature settings accordingly. While the infrared heat can be deeply relaxing and therapeutic, it's possible to experience discomfort or overheating if the temperature is set too high. Start with a lower temperature and gradually increase it until you find the sweet spot that feels comfortable and enjoyable for you.
  • Another tip for using EMF Infrared Sauna Blankets effectively is to incorporate them into a broader wellness routine. Consider pairing your sauna sessions with other relaxation techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing exercises, to enhance the overall benefits. You can also experiment with incorporating essential oils or other natural therapies to further personalize your experience.
  • Be patient and consistent with your use of EMF Infrared Sauna Blankets. While you may experience some immediate benefits, such as improved circulation or reduced muscle tension, the true long-term benefits often require regular, consistent use. Stick with it, and you'll be rewarded with improved overall health and well-being.
